Rebuilding Our Walk with the Lord 

Ezra 3 (vs. 6-13 part 2) 

Background 

- God is restoring His people back to their land after 70 years of captivity.

- They came over around April / May 537 BC 

- They assembled in September / October in Jerusalem to build an altar 

- Later in the chapter they will assemble in the Spring of 2nd year to begin the work on the temple.  

Refresh from (vs. 1-5) 

1. We don't have to do it alone! (vs. 1 & 2) 

2. We must bring our fears to the Lord! (vs. 3)

3. We must allow Jesus to deal with our sin problem (vs. 3)

4. We must remember the Lord's faithfulness (vs. 4) 

5. We must give thanks to the Lord for what He has done for you. (vs. 5) 

6. We must remember before there is revival at a place, there must be revival in a person! (vs. 6)
