Church Ministry that Aligns with the Gospel

1. The Church is "anchored in assurance" of God's love! (vs. 9)

2. The Church "abandons any form" of man's work to earn God's favor. (vs. 8-11) 

- Ephesians 2:8-9 / 1 Corinthians 3:10-11 

3. The Church believes that Jesus is for  "anyone" who will believe! (vs. 12) 

- Revelation 7:9-10 / Romans 10:13-14 

4. The Church's lifestyle is "authentic". (vs. 12-14) 

- Colossians 3:12-17 

5. The Church will be "accustomed to adversity" while presenting the Gospel.  (vs. 13) 

- James 1:2-4 

6. The Church's "allegiance will be to Jesus" over man's approval. (vs. 15-20) 

- 2 Timothy 4:1-4 

7. The Church will be in "anguish" until Christ is completely formed in all of His people! (vs. 19)  

- Ephesians 4:11-16
